Please bring your own shavings if you did not pre book them - there are no shavings available at the show
Please note that all above show & stall fees include HST.
Hydro as part of the hook up fee is available but is limited 15 amp service.

Please Note: Stall Bookings ARE CLOSED
Prepaid shavings will be delivered to your stalls prior to arrival.
All other shavings will have to be picked up by you from
the truck during the show.

Points towards year end awards will not be tabulated until your membership is paid.
EOQHA shows entered prior to the payment of your membership fees will not be counted toward your year end points totals.
Both owner & exhibitor must be members to earn points.
You must also show at both EOQHA circuits to qualify.

STALL Cancellations received after the payment due date and up to 2 weeks prior to the show will receive a refund minus a 25% administration fee. Hydro and Shavings fully refundable.
Cancellations received within 2 weeks of the show will NOT receive a refund unless a Vet Certificate is provided.
There will be a $50.00 administrative charge on all NSF cheques.
